Stop paying twice for security-awareness training

C1The Compliance One team4 September 2026

Add up what a mid-sized team spends on being compliant and you will usually find two line items doing overlapping work: a GRC platform, and a separate security-awareness training tool priced per learner. The training tool exists because your frameworks demand training. The GRC platform exists because your frameworks demand everything else. They were always meant to be the same conversation.

The cost of keeping them apart is not just the second invoice. It is the manual seam between them. Every audit, someone exports certificates from the training tool and files them into the compliance tool by hand, hoping nobody left and nobody was missed. The training records drift out of date the moment somebody joins or leaves.

Two tools, two bills, and a spreadsheet in the middle to reconcile them. That is not a training programme, that is a part-time job.

What changes when training is native

When the LMS is part of the platform, the seam disappears. You assign a course to the same people who are already in your personnel register. A pass issues a certificate that writes itself back to that person's training history. Your per-department completion numbers are just there, next to the controls that require them. And when an auditor asks for training evidence, it is one click, not a scramble across two systems.

Compliance One includes the LMS in the one flat price, with unlimited learners and no per-seat fee. Assign framework courses, quiz staff, auto-issue certificates, chase overdue completions and report on it, all without a second vendor. If you would rather keep a third-party provider, you can, and we still track completion centrally. The point is simple: you should not have to buy your compliance platform and then buy the training it was always going to require.
