Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Compliance One uses cookies and similar technologies on complianceonecloud.com and in the platform. We keep our use of cookies deliberately light — we're a privacy-minded company and we'd rather earn your trust than track you around the web.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device so it can remember something — like keeping you signed in, or counting a visit. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) do comparable jobs. Some are essential for a site to work; others are optional.

The cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — these make the site and platform work: keeping you logged in, remembering your preferences, and security (for example, our Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on forms). The site can't function properly without these.
  • Analytics / performance — privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement so we can see which pages are useful and fix what isn't. We don't use these to identify you personally or to build an advertising profile.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell data gathered through cookies. We're not in the business of following you around the internet.

Controlling cookies

You're in charge. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and where the law requires it we'll ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before setting them. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, but that's your call to make.

Do Not Track

Because there's still no agreed industry standard for Do Not Track signals, we don't respond to them differently — but our default posture is already privacy-first, so there's little to switch off.

Changes and questions

We'll update this page if our use of cookies changes, and refresh the date above. Questions? Email hello@complianceonecloud.com.
